Liberty Garden Products 647 Manger 125-Foot Capacity Three Point Steel Garden Hose Stand Black Review

I got fed up with standard hose reels and was searching for something different.I bought this (as well as a copper hose pot) from Amazon and am pleased with both. The "manger" has a unique, hose-friendly design and is very solid.I will be experimenting with the best spot to place the hose manger in the spring.I like the fact that it can be moved around but will still stay firmly in place once the three anchor stakes are pushed into the ground.

Liberty Garden Products 670 Decorative Anti-Rust Cast Aluminum Wall-Mounted Garden Hose Butler/Hanger with 125-Foot Capacity, Antique Patina Finish Review

I received this product today and there was no hardware included..even though it did say it wasn't included I just find it foolish that it doesn't come with it. Now I have to find the proper size hardware necessary to mount it.

Gardena 8154 Premium 3-Pattern Ergonomic Garden Hose Spray Nozzle With Quick Connect Review

Nice to have products that actually improve as opposed to being victims of Chinese mass production and lack of quality control. This GardenaSpray Nozzle has some new features: a softer head so it won't break when inevitably dropped on a sidewalk. There is stronger material in the whole unit, it has a wonderful thumb control for the delivery of pressure and turn off and the quick connect attachment is a more durable material as well.Wish they carried these new connector units. But after 5 or more seasons with the same devices, lightly tended to, they all still work like new for us.Gardena can be counted on for being the best.

Orbit 62018 Lawn & Garden Mechanical Hose Faucet Timer Review

I've used others and they always break. I live in a city with high line pressures (80-120psi). This timer appears to be more solidly built than any of the others. Also has a 6 year warranty. It's probably not worth the hassle of actually taking the company up on the warranty given the low cost of the item, but it does indicate that they believe in the durability of the product.I'll update the review as time progresses.

Jackson 2517100 Decorative Metal Deck Hose Reel With 150-Foot Hose Capacity Review

After years of struggling with plastic hose reel carts, this is a breath of fresh air. It's sturdy, the winding mechanism is solid and true, and it's esthetically pleasing. No more jerking the hose from across the yard until the cart tips over (trying to unwind it) -- the hose never tangles, and the cart never tips over!

Orbit 58665 Hose Y, Aluminum and Brass Review

There's not much to this little gadget; it lets you split a spigot (such as one on the outside of your house, or your irrigation line) into two places to hook your hoses to.

Unlike a simple Y-adapter, this one has shutoff valves, which are a necessity in my eyes. The ones on this turn fairly well and they stay put. It's a ball valve, and does not leak when turned off.

The body is metal (aluminum that's been colored black, not painted) with brass threads; I have had much better luck with brass threads (as far as not leaking) than plastic, so this is a good thing.

The only thing is, I wish the top threads (the ones that hook to the spigot) were also brass; they are not -- I believe they're plastic. Still, it doesn't leak there, so I don't have any real complaint. It does allow you to turn the Y at that collar when it's hooked up, which is also nice -- so you can either use it with both facing outward, or with one facing up and the other facing down -- just rotate it at the spigot collar.
