Good design but poorly made in China. 1) The first thing you'll notice is the stench of the "rubber" tires. This goes away after a couple of weeks. 2) The central component, the brass swivel/o-ring fitting at the leader hose/reel hub attach point, was too short. I had to disassemble it in order to get a wrench on the fitting to tighten it. Not too difficult if you have the correct retaining ring pliers. 3) The metal wasn't properly cleaned before powder coating, so large pieces flake off when you tighten the nuts and bolts during assembly. 4) There is no friction device on the reel, so the reel continues to spin after you pull on the hose, causing the hose to uncoil on the reel. 5) The hoops on the reel are full of welding slag, which makes an interesting tumbling sound when you turn the reel. 6) The leader hose is stiff and cheap.I've already replaced this with a quality product from Rapid Reel.
